At Zefra, we stand by the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
• The product must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Zefra warrants the Mist One (Base Model) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Defects in materials and workmanship.
• Motor failures due to manufacturing defects.
• Battery defects (failure to charge or hold charge properly).
• Electronic failures not caused by improper use.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, fading).
• Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
• Water damage caused by submersion or improper use.
• Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or third-party alterations.
• Damage from improper charging or using non-approved power adapters.

3. If eligible, Zefra will repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
4. Customers are responsible for shipping the defective product back to Zefra; replacement shipping is covered by us.
Zefra warrants all official Mist One Mounting Brackets against defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
• Structural failures due to manufacturing defects.
• Defective clamps, joints, or locking mechanisms.
• Damage from improper installation or overloading.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, minor cosmetic damage).
• Accidental breakage or misuse.
• Modifications or third-party alterations.
