SMS Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Zefra Incorporated handles information for its optional text messaging program. Read it with our general Privacy Policy and Mobile Messaging Terms. This SMS policy controls if a general policy provision conflicts with the mobile information protections below.
Information used for text messaging
When you choose to subscribe, we collect your mobile number, the record and source of your consent, subscription preferences, and messages you send us. Our messaging provider may also record delivery, click, and opt-out activity. Signup forms may collect the technical information described in our general Privacy Policy.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm your subscription, deliver the Zefra texts you requested, answer program-related requests, maintain consent records, and honor opt-outs. Signing up for email or providing a phone number during checkout does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts.
Mobile information is not shared for outside marketing
We do not sell or rent mobile information. We do not share mobile numbers, text messaging opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers, including Klaviyo and delivery partners, only as needed to operate and support our messaging program. Legal disclosures described in our general Privacy Policy do not authorize sharing mobile opt-in information for outside marketing.
Your choices
Text STOP to the Zefra number to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. For program help, text HELP or email support@zefrainc.com. Text enrollment is optional and is not required to buy a product or receive an email signup benefit.
Records and privacy requests
We retain information as needed to provide the program, document consent, honor suppression requests, and meet applicable obligations. An opt-out record may be retained to prevent unwanted future texts. Contact support@zefrainc.com for access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to applicable requirements.
