Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Domestic U.S. Shipping Rates 

We ship anywhere in the United States. 

Economy (5–8 business days)

○ Free for orders $125.00 and up 

○ $11.99 for smaller orders 

Standard (3–4 business days): $17.99 

Express (1–2 business days): $34.99 

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. 

International Shipping 

We currently do not ship internationally. However, international support is in development, and we plan to expand to the following regions post-launch: 

Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, and more. 

If you're outside the U.S. and interested, please email us at scottolsowski@zefrainc.com so we can notify you when international shipping becomes available. 

Free Shipping Offer 

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $125.00. Additional promotions may apply during product launches or holidays. 

Lost or Damaged Packages 

Zefra Incorporated is not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
