Free shipping is available on orders over $200. This offer applies to standard shipping within the continental United States and may be subject to change.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the MistOne and all Zefra products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@zefrainc.com with your order number. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

MistOne Fan:

Covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Mounting Brackets:

Covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims must be submitted to support@zefrainc.com with proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund the defective product.

All content on the Zefra website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Zefra Incorporated and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

The MistOne and the Zefra interchangeable mounting system are patent pending.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zefra Incorporated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zefra Incorporated, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Martin County, Florida.
