FIT, POSITIONING & EVERYDAY USE

Get your setup right.

For RV trips and camping, start with where you want the breeze and the surface you have. MistOne includes a C-Clamp, with optional mounts for a clean window, compatible steel panel, suitable rigid edge or stable camp table. Use airflow indoors and add mist when you settle in outside.

Choose the mount for your RV or campsite

Window or smooth panel: Suction Cup

The optional Suction Cup mount can keep MistOne off the table by attaching to clean glass or another smooth, non-porous surface inside a parked RV. Clean the surface, secure the suction mechanism and check the hold with the fan attached. Textured walls, fabric and porous surfaces are not suitable.

Compatible stationary steel: Magnet

The optional Magnet mount makes a quick setup on a clean, flat steel panel or appliance surface that firmly attracts a magnet. Check the actual surface; an RV wall or refrigerator door is not automatically magnetic. Use the Magnet for stationary setups while the RV is parked, and remove the fan before driving.

Quick clipping to a suitable edge: Spring Clip

The optional Spring Clip is useful when you want to clip the fan onto a compatible table edge, shelf edge or other thin, rigid support. Check that the rubber-lined jaws grip fully and hold the fan securely. Choose another mount if the edge is rounded, flexible or lets the clip slide.

Camp tables: Tripod or included C-Clamp

The optional Tripod gives MistOne a freestanding base on a firm, level picnic or camp table. Open the legs fully, leave room for the entire base and keep it back from the edge. To leave more tabletop space free, use the included C-Clamp on a suitable rigid table edge, checking the shape, thickness and clearance.

Suitable chair frames or poles: Octopus

The optional Octopus mount offers another way to position MistOne near a camp chair by wrapping its flexible legs around a suitable rigid frame or pole. Check the wrap and the fan's position before use. A loose fabric chair arm is not a secure mounting point.

Inside the RV: airflow; outdoors: optional mist

Use airflow on its own beside your seat, sleeping area or workspace inside a parked RV. Keep the fan and cable clear of doors, walkways and controls. When relaxing outside, position the fan toward your chair and try mist if you want it. These are parked setups; detach and stow the fan before driving.

Planning for a cruise cabin? The same surface-first approach helps with compact spaces: choose a stable tabletop or compatible rigid edge and use airflow indoors. Confirm your cruise line permits the fan and your intended attachment before packing.

Additional mounts are sold separately. Watch the mount installation guides to choose the right connection for your surface.

Plan power before leaving

MistOne charges through USB-C and can operate while connected to power. Pack the included cable and use the 5V / 2A USB supply specified in the charging and controls guide. If you intend to use an RV USB outlet or a portable power source, check its output against that requirement; do not assume every socket is equivalent.

Charge before heading out and test your chosen speed during your own setup check. Runtime varies with fan and mist settings, so plan access to power rather than relying on a single all-day runtime promise. Route the cable where it cannot pull the fan off its base, and keep the charging port dry.

When to add mist at camp

MistOne has three fan speeds and separate mist controls. Begin with airflow aimed toward your seat, then try mist outdoors. Keep the reservoir oriented so water can reach the gravity-fed mister.

Mist provides personal cooling near the fan, not air conditioning for an RV or tent. Wind can carry droplets away, and humid conditions can leave more moisture on nearby surfaces. If the breeze is enough, or mist reaches bedding, screens or other electronics, switch the mist off and keep the fan running. Do not treat mist as a way to cool an entire enclosed space.

Before packing for the next stop

  1. Switch the fan and mist off before changing the setup.
  2. Empty and dry the reservoir before storing the fan. Keep the charging port dry and do not submerge the fan.
  3. Use the release buttons to remove the mount; do not force the quick-change connection. Fold the Tripod for storage if you use one.
  4. At the next stop, check the new surface, mount grip and locked fan connection again.

Follow the MistOne filling, cleaning and setup instructions for the full routine.
