Choose the right surface
Use the Magnet mount on stationary surfaces only, such as a steel toolbox or workbench that attracts a magnet. Not all metals are magnetic. Check the surface and the mount's hold before use.
Do not use the Magnet mount on a moving golf cart or other vehicle. For a golf-cart fan setup, choose a C-Clamp mount for a suitable rail or edge, or a Cup Holder mount for a compatible holder. Check the fit and tighten the mount before use.
