My Zefra fan arrived and I was excited to put it to use. Unfortunately, the mist did not work as expected. I contacted Zefra Customer Service and got an immediate response and an offer to return it for a replacement. The new fan works great. My experience with Customer Service was excellent. Immediate and personal responses and follow-up to be sure I was satisfied. The best experience with them I have ever encountered!

Took a year to get aced the c blank correct hold on a golf cart. Fan is too heavy
Dennis R.
The clamp works as advertised very stable, and easy to install.
Victoria K.
Great i love the mist
Robert W.
Don’t know how well the fan will work out. Arrived after the hot days were gone.
Brady R.
I would like the fan to be a bit stronger and the misting to carry a bit further. With actual cross breezes it tends to render the fan in effective. In hot days the fan doesn’t really do effective cooling when driving in the golf cart.
Having said the above the design is good and were it stronger it would get a 5.
Doug W.
I was a nice fan and attached easily. Needed a bit more power on the golf cart. If there was even a slight breeze I could barely feel it but worked ok when it was dead still. The mount didn’t last long in the golf cart but my course is really bumpy so not sure anything would hold up long.
David A.
Was a Christmas gift for a friend came late but live in Michigan but he enjoyed it once the weather broke and was 90 degrees thanks again
James A.
Fan on high lasted the whole round. Unfortunately to far away for the mister to be effective.
Chris E.
I mounted the fan to my golf cart on the upper supports for the roof. With the amount of vibrations and oscillations that the fan was taking I can't imagine the quick disconnect lasting very long.
I took it off the support after a very short time to keep it from flying off the cart while traveling down the cart paths.
I am planning on taking the mount off and drilling through the U shaped holder for the fan and mounting it straight to the upper brackets with bolts.
Hopefully that will last as long as I need it to.
Fan is nice though.
Chris.

works just like the description says
Phillip R.
The fan portion works like a charm, love the c-clamp and not worrying about the fan falling off as I ride around the golf course. The water mister could be a bit stronger, but its so humid in Florida I don't really need to use that option much. Battery life is great if you just use the fan part, got about 3 rounds out of one charge
Aaron m.
Fan works great, mister even better. The mounting solution is even better! Stays in the same position during a round of golf no matter what bumps you hit driving around in the cart.
Guy C.
Love the fan... great battery life... i would give up some of the battery life for a faster blade speed and more air force..
Karie M.
Husband loves it!
Sheree B.
I gave it to my son in law and he was very happy with it!
Julio C.
The fan is great so far. My only concern with it is the frame and connector. They dont look or feel as strudy and when driving a Golf Cart on the course it bounces a lot. Other than this it is a great fan.
Daniel P.
I absolutely love the fan, I just wish the delivery did not take so long.
Mike P.
used twice. very hard to attach to cart, does very little to cool me off. A waited several months for this and am overall disappointed with quality and performance
Tristen O.
Really excited to use our new fans. But haven't yet. Taking them to desert to use at our CC
Earl K.
Have to keep tightening clamp. Needs bungee cord to help control bounce and weight of fan. Fan doesnt move enough air and mist is no sufficent for a hot Florida day.
Valerie R.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, I'll update after I find a place to mount it.
David W.
Great fan and well built.
Larry H.
it needs more power…. unless you’re 12 inches away, it’s useless
Kevin W.
This is my second unit. First one the motor stuttered. They replaced it. Second one did the same thing once but since it’s been ok. I have always been nervous about the C-clamp. And as I thought it is susceptible to our rugged course. The clamp on the column seems to hold ok but the round disc that holds the fan connection loosens fairly easily to the point where it unscrewed from the fan itself and it fell from vibrations. The fan wiggles quite a bit driving across the course. Wish it had a better way to secure the mounting screws so they don’t backout from vibration.
Francisco
Works great!! Battery lasts a whole round! Just bring a refill of water and you’re good!
JERRY N.
The fan is working great and is very much needed in Coastal AL
Allyn B.
We enjoy the fans. We had a few minor questions in the beginning but Scott addressed everthing and went above and beyond to make us happy
Ty
The fan works great as well as the mister. The fan is very wobbly where the connection point is at the mount. It looks like over time it will break the connector. Overall great fan for a golf cart
Phillip
Fan works great but the mister is lower powered than the fan I bought from Amazon for a third of the price
IAN J.
Overall this product is pretty good. Mist only blows out a short area - even on the highest setting. The C clamp has come loose on my golf cart a couple of times, sending the unit crashing to the bottom of the cart. The unit has also come off the C clamp a couple of times. I'm not sure how the screw loosened. If you mount the unit close to the user I'm sure it would be good. For the money however I think this could and should be a better product.
william f.
Still too early to tell, this one works better than the last one.
Mark M.
Great product! Use it all the time, battery last 18+ holes and must is perfect
Joy C.
Heavy duty. Not likely to shake apart on my golf cart. If you get really close you get the cooling effect of the water but must be right in your face. The air output matches the $40 fans I’ve bought. Not sure it’s worth the price but if it lasts 3 years or more it’s probably not too far off.
John G.
The one I ordered had a damaged box from shipping and turned out to have a small leak. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a return label within a day. Can’t wait to get the replacement and see how it works. My friend has his one and it works perfectly.
Anthony G.
Tough to mount. I now ordered the magnet. Hope it works better
Jim T.
Works great but when it’s 100*, there’s not much a fan can do!!! Battery lasted over 8 hours on 1 charge!!! Excellent product!!
Kevin W.
We did receive it, and I installed it yesterday. My wife used it yesterday. She said the same thing happened to her during the round of golf that happened on the first one. That is, it stopped turning, and then it just kind of slowly moved, inch by inch, stuttering, if you will. She turned it off, turned it back on, and she said it continued to work okay. I'm going to have to try it in the very near future and see if it happens to me.
jay l.
Fan works beautifully. Mister nice!!! Cart partner says he may get one.
Kevin M.
The fan itself is great. The misting part doesn’t blow out enough when it’s mounted in the cup holder. Overall I give in 4 out of 5
Guy H.
This is the second time the fan has fallen off the golf cart using the C clamp mount. The quick connector has disconnected first, at the connection. Second disconnected from the screwed in part connected to the C clamp. Stripped out. Also, it is very hard to adjust the fan to be able to direct the fan at you. Connecting to the quick connect is either too high or to low. Couldn't really tell if the fan blows stronger than the first generation.
Tim L.
The fan is very strong and the misting does make a difference. Overall quality is very good.
My fan did fall off twice during its first round. This may be due to not tightening the mount tight enough. I have added 2 washers and will check the “tightness” throughout the round.
John P.
For it's size I thought it would have a stronger flow of air, love the sturdiness and quality material its made of, when the fan is mounted on c-clamp, you can only adjust it a quarter inch at a time, sometimes based on location you can't get the air flowing where you want it, but if the base could spin to a location then you lock it in position, I think it would be better. Plus locking nut on bottom of clamp loosens up when riding on rough roads or bumpy golf courses, have to keep a check on that often, fan fell off a couple times during round.
Over all I do like the fan, just a few adjustments and we would love it
Cynthia K.
I don't think it is worth the price. While it is nice to have some options for mounting the fan, the fan speed is no better than the $25 fans from the online box store. I was looking for something stronger for the extreme heat we are experiencing.
Danny C.
My regular golfing group have all asked for ordering information. Works great!
Mark P.
What a great purchase. The heat has been unbearable at times this summer and this fan has saved our gold days. Plenty of breeze and the mist feels amazing. GREAT PRODUCT!
Wayne C.
Fan works fine. It struggled once when we put the mist on. The C clamp work marginally well on a golf cart. My wife always wants it to swivel in 2 directions. The screw need Loctite so when you want to release it, it can do it's job and not just make it impossible to remove the clamp. Overall very satisfied, but I think the cup holder for a golf cart will be the best solution once it gets here...
Laura B.
The actual fan is very nice, but I recommend getting one of the options for attaching it, as the C-clamp doesn’t seem to fit on our golf cart in any logical way. (The windshield must be open for an optimal position, or, you can attach it to the back rail, but then it’s blowing on the back of your head…). We ordered the cup holder attachment 8 days ago, still waiting for it…. We weren’t ecstatic about having to buy a $40 attachment, but after buying the fan, we at least wanted to get the best possible cooling result from the placement.
Joe H D.
This fan is a game changer when it comes to staying cool in the Texas heat. I bought a second one for my passenger. Now everyone wants to ride with me. A big shout out to Zefra Fans
Caroline G.
Mist function not particularly useful.
Vincent G.
Nice fan. Sturdy fan. Very large and mount makes it stick out even further in a golf cart.
Dean P.
I have tried 3 different fans and yours is the best one that I have found. Battery lasts my whole round of golf. Mister works really good also.
Jeffrey
Does not blow hard enough!
Thompkins W.
Great fan just doesn’t blow hard enough.
Kevin T.
Feels solid. Easy to affix to a golf cart. Given it's appearance and build, I did expect a little more fan speed.
Jewel M.
I have tried several different fans to attach to my golf cart. None, until this one, have been secure. This one has a great clamp/screw system.
Plus the mister part is wonderful. I get overheated super easy because I am extremely fair complected. The most part really helps cool me down on hot days out on the course.
Love love love this fan!
Allen K.
We use it every Sunday since we go it, my wife is very happy to stay comfortable during the round under the Texas sun, Thank You
Leonard P.
Great fan and the intermittent misting makes it all the better. I have 2 for the golf cart, one for me and one for the wife!
Dennis M.
The misti part doesnt work that good on the golf cart..
Thomas M.
Excellent fan. Works great on those hot days and keeps me comfortable. Live in Florida and it gets hot and humid. I love the mounting bracket. It is so easy to mount on the golf cart. I’m so glad I bought it. I have other fans but this one is so much better.
Bryan B.
The fan is good, would like for it to have more force but, I’m also playing in 107 temps. But it does provide some releif. The misting portion of the fan is basically non existent, it does mist but the mist barely makes out of the nozzle and drops. Doesn’t come close to making to someone sitting in the drivers seat. If there were a way to increase pressure at the misting nozzle to get mist to the driver it would make a world of difference , possibly a smaller tip size?
Robert B.
Great product long battery life. Makes playing golf in heat bearable.
Amy V.
I've used the fan a few times, seems very sturdy but have little usage to fully know how it will hold up to bumps on the golf course. I am extremely disappointed that the fan air movement is weak, even fully charged and on the highest setting, where you need to be inches from the fan to feel it, including the mist. For the price, would have expected a stronger air flow and the mist reaching further than a few inches.
Dennis S.
Great fan. Good power at full speed and the water mister helps cool the air flow temperature down even more. I purchased the octopus mount as it gives me a multitude of mounting options. I would love to see a bag designed to carry it all in.
David B.
The c-clamp mount where the attachment with blue siding locks did not work. The spring has come out of bracket and will not work at all.
I never got to use it one time as this bracket would not lock in place. I had to spend another 46 dollars for a cup holder bracket.
They shipped that DHL and will take like 10 days to get here.
I’m considering returning the fan. What is the return policy?
Walt
Fan design is great, fan works but it needs more power.
Terry B.
Well it’s great when I can get it charged. It will not charge correctly and with it charging I have to turn on the fan and then turn it off to get it to go from the first setting to the 2nd setting. Then I have to turn the fan on and off again to go to the 3rd setting. I learned this thru trial and error while trying to get it to charge. That’s why I asked for a replacement and you said you would send me the next generation.
Potter K.
This is the best fan that I ever had. Work like advertised. But I did lose my cap for the mist water tank, I guess I didn’t tighten it enough. My bad.
Vince V.
Well I used the fan for the first time today.
Good news . It lasted 18 holes .
Bad news . The spray is very weak compared to another misting fan I have .
Those fans have a water container , which are a bit of a pain. The output and battery are excellent.
The misting of your fan quit about the 14th hole. I believe it is the way I had to adapt to the cart . Water wasn’t getting to where it needed as it got low due to positioning.
I’ll give it another go in a few days.
Your price is twice as much as the fans I already have, that do a better job.
The connection to the C clamp is a bit cheap, and I wonder with vibration ,if they will fail down the road .
I think there is room for improvement. I hope you achieve that to make it better.
I most likely won’t buy another one at this time , at the price . I’ll make it work, with the Two more powerful misting fans I already have.
john P.
Simple, fast delivery
Howard
Product worked 4 times before iy malfunctioned. The fan would not go into a higher speed setting.
William M.
The fan works well. The mister is a little weak. Any kind of breeze stops it from reaching my face.
David G.
I’m a little disappointed in the output, but it does keep the bugs away
Battery life is good
Have not tried to mister yet
Two times out of 30 the fan would not start just wobble back-and-forth
Billy L.
Purchased for my Wife’s golf cart. She was happy, so that is what matters most. Quality construction compared to other fans I’ve seen. The fan takes a lot longer to charge then the 5 hrs stated in the instructions. I think the cup holder mount might be better than the C- clamp mount for golf carts. Over all pleased with the product.
Rick V.
The fan works great. Very easy to mount.
William F.
decent product,
Christopher R.
Fan worked great as did the misting feature. Easy to clamp onto the cart and adjust.
Jerry O.
Fits great on my golf cart and it’s been a awesome during this extremely hot weather this summer to have a cool mist blowing to cool me off
Frank W.
The fan is perfectly fine, however the mister is a tad weak and does not spray very far.
Damien
The fan speed is very weak. It's so weak it doesn't blow the mist. Also, when the unit is charging, you can't run the fan on high. I had high expectations for this fan for the cost. What a waste of money.
Brian c.
The fan, c clamp bracket and quick mounts are very heavy duty.
The volume of airflow on high setting I feel from the fan is lower than I expected. I have cheaper amazon fans that have better throw of the air. You need to be very close to the Zefra fan to get, in my opinion, enough airflow on a hot day.
The misting feature is a great idea. But, because of the airflow issues, the misting feature doesn’t reach me only 2 to 3 feet away. Maybe mounting it higher in the cart would help? (Not possible in my club car).
Finally the distance from the clamp to the face of the fan is quite large. So
Unless you have a bare frame cart, mine has an overhead storage bin and side curtains, it is difficult to find a place on the driver side not interfering with seeing or driving.
jay l.
Enjoyed the fan. But the mister wouldn’t work. I have returned the fan looking to receive a replacement
Scott M.
Great product. Fan holds a charge for an entire round and the mister works beautifully
David Z.
Could use one higher fan speed. Sturdy and well built.
Greg C.
Mister does not create enough pressure to help attached to main frame in a golf cart
James J.
I ordered two of these fans. One works amazing. The other one would not, but they immediately took it back. And ran the process of sending me a new one. But the one that I currently have works amazing. In 95° weather with a heat index of 115, it works amazing. Now I just need to get my other one. So I have 2
Michael P.
Cool n refreshing
Brad O.
The fan works great.
David T.
Wish the mist was more powerful
Kevin M.
Got it used it once and quit working. It would only come on low and misting stays on all the time. Contact you all and got a return label which I sent back today. Waiting on a new Gen 2 in august
Kenneth H.
Quality build with excellent customer service!
Lane R.
We bought it as a gift for the cart girl at our local country club and she loves it!!!
Adjustable screw for a secure fit
